Great food as always at Grounded Kitchen. The food was fresh and full of flavour. Burhan was friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. Will definitely be back 😃

I have to say, Burhan and Oscar were extremely welcoming from the moment I arrived. The service was outstanding and made the whole experience even better. The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, full of flavour, and clearly prepared with care. I genuinely enjoyed the time I spent at Grounded Kitchen and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and excellent service in Birmingham.😋

This is the worst place to have takeout. We ordered food that is ‘supposedly healthy’ but all it is is a scam. The bowls are not flavourful at all, we found hair in one of the bowls LOL, and there was literally no ounce of care put into that food. A child could literally make better food. And the supervisor is rude and proud, I called to explain my problem about the food received and all he could say js ‘not everyone will like our food’ you mean not everyone will like our bland, unpleasant food. If you are going to defend your food atleast ensure its up to quality standards

I ordered chicken bulgogi. Very nice. Would recommend would definitely order again. Great warming customer service from Atta. (Give her a raise 😂) she’s definitely gone above and beyond. She gave recommendations on what’s popular, what she rates & gave general guidance. Would’ve thought I ordered a feast with the level of service. Lastly but not least. Playing absolute bangers in the restaurant. All in all 10/10 experience. I didn’t get to take a picture before but the end result can be seen 🙌🏽. Was my first but definitely not last visit.

My friends and I all really enjoyed our food and felt it was fresh and filling. We were recommended the lamb dumplings and we agreed that was a great addition. There’s an opportunity to roll a 6 to win a free menu item which I feel like is a fun added touch. Definitely will be back! (Thanks to itsy for her great service)
