I wanted to leave some really positive feedback about Kieran at the Leamington Spa location. I came into the store at around 8:05pm and, as a vegetarian, I was hoping to order tofu with my meal. At first, I was told that only chicken was available and that the store was closing, so I thought I wouldn’t be able to order anything suitable. However, Kieran came from the back to the front and kindly offered to cook more tofu for us. He really went out of his way to help, even though it was close to closing time, and I truly appreciated the effort and kindness he showed. People like Kieran genuinely make a difference. His attitude, willingness to help, and customer service absolutely made my day, and there should be more staff like him — and honestly more people like him in the world. Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to him.

Friendly and helpful staff, quick service, delicious food. The restaurant was empty but the delivery service was almost constant and it's easy to see why. The food was great 👍🏻

Me and my husband love grounded kitchen, the staff are always so welcoming and friendly. There is a great menu that is highly customisable without being overwhelming, you can order at the counter or at your table. The food is consistent and tasty and the portions are generous. The atmosphere is nice and chilled and I would definitely recommend to anyone considering coming here for a quick and tasty meal.

Fabulous experience, helpful staff and we got one menu item for free on their lucky dice roll which made my day. I wish I'd got the tellers name because he was so smiley and kind. We came here after an unwelcoming experience in a cafe nearby (which led to my daughter crying in the street) and the service was like night and day. He really bent over backwards and even provided lids to take the food away when we couldn't eat the massive portions. The bao buns were delish! Thank you for giving us a lovely lunch and making my daughter smile again. We appreciate you , you made our day much better. It's a good lesson to always be kind, you never know what someone is going through, small interactions can really help someone. You helped us today!

A well lit and peaceful restaurant with very friendly staff. Food presented well (very photogenic). Would visit again!
