Acceptance of terms

By using the Zabihah service (the "Service"), you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service ("TOS"). If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the Service.

Description of service

Zabihah provides a platform that allows users to discover halal restaurants, markets, and mosques based on location. Additionally, registered users ("Account Holders") can rate and review restaurants, engage with other users, and, as of 2025, order halal food for home delivery through the Zabihah app. Zabihah is based in New York and operates nationwide.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that enhance the Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the TOS.

Definitions

• User: Anyone who accesses the Zabihah platform in any way.
• You/Your: Refers to you as a user of the Service.
• We/Us/Zabihah: Refers to Zabihah LLC or its parent company Let's Halal, Inc.
• Content: Any text, images, photos, audio, video, and other data shared on the platform.
• Your content: Content that you submit, post, or transmit via the Service.
• User content: Content submitted by users of the Service.
• Zabihah content: Content created by Zabihah and made available on the Service.
• Third-Party Content: Content provided by external entities and made available on the Service.
• Site content: All content available on the Service, including Your Content, User Content, Third-Party Content, and Zabihah Content.

Registration

To access certain features of the Service, including ordering halal food for home delivery, you must create a Zabihah account and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and agree to immediately notify Zabihah of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

Home delivery service

By using Zabihah's home delivery service, you acknowledge that:

• Zabihah partners with third-party delivery services to facilitate food delivery.
• Zabihah is not responsible for issues arising from food preparation, handling, or delivery delays.
• Orders placed through the Service are subject to availability and confirmation by the participating restaurants.
• Refunds and cancellations are subject to restaurant policies and Zabihah's discretion.

User conduct & content guidelines

Users agree not to:

• Post unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or obscene content.
• Impersonate any individual or misrepresent affiliations.
• Engage in fraudulent transactions.
• Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Disrupt the Service through hacking, automated data collection, or excessive traffic.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws.

Zabihah reserves the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

Privacy policy

Your use of the Service is subject to our privacy policy, which outlines how your data is collected, used, and shared. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices.

Intellectual property

All proprietary content on the Service, including trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials, belongs to Zabihah or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.

Third-party links & advertisements

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or advertisements. Zabihah does not endorse or control these external entities and is not responsible for their content, products, or services.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Zabihah provides the Service "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding its availability, accuracy, or reliability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zabihah disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Zabihah harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the Service, including violations of these TOS.

Modifications to the service

Zabihah reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice.

Governing law & dispute resolution

These TOS shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York.
