Wow! New favorite place in Worcester. The food was delicious, super fresh and filling! Richa and Anjuli were fabulous and really friendly
Food absolutely amazing. It's so great to have such a interesting vegan choices. I ordered food twice already and it definitely wasn't the last time!
Loved the service and smiles. The food was served with excellent presentation. The place was clean and friendly. There was only one bathroom, but it was clean and well maintained. Normally I'd make more of that issue, but because it was well maintained and used by staff too.;I was ok with it. The venue isn't seating a huge number, so it should never be too much of a problem. Overall ,an excellent restaurant which follows some of the cultural cues from Korea.
I was very excited to try this place but I've left knowing I won't be returning. Our first issue was that they had no noodles. Considering they only have 3 options for mains; noodles, rice bowls and wraps, this was very strange. We thought we would try them out anyway so ordered wings and rice bowls. The wings came out after around 10 mins later which was great. Flavour was good and it was a good experience. However the mains came out 30mins after our starter. There were only 4 other people in the shop and we ordered long before they even came in. However it was evident that the priority was to prepare online orders over customers in store. The beef was cold to the touch from my first bite. The rice was only luke warm right in the centre. We asked if this was meant to be a cold dish as we were genuinely confused about the temperature of our food. A male worker said he would come over and check in a moment but didn't bother. I must admit the flavour was good but serving cold beef is just not acceptable. Since no one came to check on us and I didn't want to wait another 30 mins for food. We had what we had and left. Poor service and poor quality control on the food temperature. The staff looked very stressed out and while that's no excuse for cold food, it's definitely contributing to the bad service.
Upon enetering staff didn't say anything. I was not expecting anything to be fair but me and my parentner didn't know how the restaurant worked. We sat down and ordered. My partener asked the staff for some tap water for both of us. Food came quickly, with no water nor tissues, tho we received some cutlery. I personally didn't like the food. I ordered a hot bowl of fire chicken. I don't know if it was just me, but I think the food was bland. The portion was fine, tho I could say it was pricy. My partner asked for some tap water again and we got it, staff didn't appear too interested. Noticed that 2 people finished eating and threw away their leftovers but left a tray with cutlery on the table. When we left, almost 15 min later the tray was still there tho they only had us in the restaurant and 2 orders to go. The entrance door would not close by itself, so after delivery people or customers left, the restaurant would get really cold because of the door. Im sorry but not going to eat there again.
