I had ordered niblets and fries all the chicken inside was pink and yellow tasted off as if they had left it for more than 24hrs wouldn't recommend as when I called to tell them they didn't care

So I’ve waited just under two hours for my food it’s came stone cold, and gave me the wrong thing I asked for a classic burger not a spicy one, can’t eat spice so just wasted my money cause I ain’t eating that chicken either and who like cold chips lol would not recommend it, if you like dirty food then go for it

RIP OFF So I took my Son to have some lunch spend over £20 as every shop you get Sauces and the sauce their gave me where all chilli Sauce. My son didn’t like the chilli sauce as it was to spicy so I ask the worker if I can have Mayonnaise instead he said I have to charge u £1 for the mayonnaise i said u having a laugh I ask why he said the tip is big it’s ridiculous and this is the first even I ask if I can exchange with the chilli sauce but no. Overall the food was Decent and need to make the cups where their fill with drinks more Bigger.

I tried Sam and Harry’s on alum rock rd for the first time today through Just Eat the food arrived very quickly. I would say less than 30 minutes as they use their own drivers. The food was fresh however the burger was cold the bun but filling was warm and the chicken that I got with it seemed a little bit raw in the middle Other than that the fries were delicious taste like McDonald’s fries. The chicken burger was great however i requested for a sizzler chicken burger and it just looked like a regular chicken burger that got nothing sizzling about it. The beans was great not the cheap quality and I received the two dips really tasty. I wouldn’t have from this place again purely because of the cold burger and the raw chicken it’s a risk for me.

All my food came raw the shop is very dirty it’s a waste of money will never eat here again the wouldn’t want to give me my refund cause it’s a disgrace
