Cheese burgers are amazing, chicken wings are OK, staff will not give your choice chicken piece, recommended for burgers only !
Great tasting food and very clean premises
The worst experience I have ever had in my life. I spent £10 for chicken burger meal and the chicken was just terrible. It was as if the chicken was cooked then left it for the whole day and recooked it or heat it again in oil. The fries wasn’t crispy it was soft and oily. The person that was on till taking my order couldn’t understand why I said and was just lost. Doesn’t know what he’s doing. Absolutely not worth the price. Never going there ever again.
Found a hair in my chips. Absolutely disgusting and diabolical. DO NOT GO HERE, EVEN AFTER A NIGHT OUT
Came here after a quiet relaxed bar crawl of Birmingham. Was open late and with a large selection of meal deals. Its a large eatery with plenty of seating and toilets out back which is also used as a storage area. Food was priced not much different from a KFC (slightly cheaper) but quality of the chicken was terrible, its clearly the cheapest chicken you can buy and you can tell once you start eating. We didnt even come close to finishing our food it tasted that bad. Service was quick as it was quiet but nothing special with no interaction other than taking the order. Place was clean though snd in good repair but I would choose a KFC any day over this food.
Lots of seating here if you want to eat in. I went when there was about two others seated, so definitely not busy. Order took way too long to get ready even though it was a small one. Ordered the sizzler wings and fries. There was nothing sizzling about the wings tbh, but their spicy sauce which is great adds a nice kick. Otherwise, in general, the wings tasted fine. The fries were extremely disappointing though. They were almost raw, as if they had been cooked on a heater.
It was our first time going here and overall it was an okay experience. The customer service and food was good, however we couldn't have the chicken burger we wanted as it wasn't available, we wanted the classic and all they had was the mild spicy one. It was okay but I would have preferred the classic, but the fries were really nice which made up for that. The atmosphere was good with the Christmas decorations and the seating was comfy. Sadly though a homeless person came in harassing us for change that we didn't have, so that wasn't pleasant. I would come back here if they had the classic burger available and something gets done regarding homeless people coming in asking for change.
