Trash. Ordered the La Familia Grande Platter today and it was just straight shite. It was meant to come with 2 large fries and it only came with 1. The food was packaged very very poorly. I had put a note in Uber Eats asking them to make it extra saucy and they did, it was very saucy, but It all leaked out because of the SHIT packaging. If you're going to put that much extra sauce, double package it, it's common sense!!! What a waste of sauce and the chicken was left sauce less and it was tasteless and very dry, the spicy rice was trash as well, it tasted like boiled rice and that's it. The Aroma wasn't even there, not even that tiny little hint of spice. How do you even mess up the spicy rice that bad? It's not hard to make, the heathfield branch does a WAYY better job with it. Not to mention the order came 30 minutes late. Overall just a really bad job done by the people there. Overall rating is a 1/5, I'd give a zero if I could. Order from the heathfield branch instead folks, this one is not it!

Dissapointed today. Got my order wrong and the quality of the food was quite poor. Tried to get in touch with the restaurant but no response. What are these? Fries looked like they’d been sat in the sun for a day. Asked for a wrap got salad in a dripping bowl with no utensils. Expecting me to just scoop this crap up with my hands or something

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I tried Rio Piri Piri and it was a great experience. I ordered the full chicken, and it was cooked perfectly—tender, juicy, and full of flavor 👌🔥 What really surprised me was the rice. It was absolutely delicious with strong Indian flavors that made it stand out. I highly recommend getting the special piri piri sauce with the rice—it adds an amazing kick and completes the meal perfectly 🔥 Definitely worth trying, and I’ll be coming back again 👍

Ordered some food, after waiting 15 minutes I was eventually given my rice box, upon opening it the chicken is completely pale and very rubbery with no flavour. I am very disappointed.

Been to various different branches, food quality n taste varies For me it's all about the frango burger, combined with the rios sauce, definitely hits the spot
