Yesterday I visited this shop because my kids kept talking about it, and as a family of food lovers, we were excited to try it. I ordered 3 burger meals and spent over £26. The food was packed to take away, but when I opened the burgers, I was very disappointed. One of the main issues was the burger bun, which felt very cheap and low quality. It reminded me of the budget-style buns commonly used in some Asian countries, and honestly, it didn’t match the price being charged. In my opinion, this burger is definitely not worth £9.49 for a meal. I’ve had £3 meal deals in the UK fried that were better than this. My suggestion is simple: you already have a good name and reputation, so please invest in better-quality buns and ingredients. It would make a huge difference to the overall experience.
