They got my order wrong asked for cheese to be toasted my whole order was so cold tasted awful soggy salad with no taste there was no chicken on after 4 bites I opened it and had to look for chicken honestly I’m so disappointed never again

Best experience I’ve had at this Subway. Fawad was welcoming, efficient, and clearly cares about customer service. Food was fresh and service was on point.

Thank you fawad for excellent customer service. Most of the workers lean on the sandwich and touch my sandwich with their clothes but fawad made my sandwich in a very hygienic manner so thank you. He was both polite and professional

Got my order completely wrong, ordered a sub without tomatoes, allergic to tomatoes and the guys denying he put tomatoes in it. Refused to sort it out and blamed customer, as if I went and put tomatoes in my sub. The guy was very dismissive and rude when speaking. He made me feel like I was complaining for no reason “okay next” like I came with a long list of complaints. Disgusting behaviour. No customer service skills what so ever.
