Unfortunately I had a horrible experience with the food. The only thing I could finish was my drink. The chicken patty on my Mexicana chicken burger was rubbery with no flavour. Jalapeño poppers and fries were ghastly. When I have a similar issue at another fast food restaurant, I am calm and polite when asking for my money back for failure to provide goods and services. There is a usually a small disagreement but it doesn’t turn into a shouting match. The most saddening part is that they were extremely polite and friendly to a Caucasian lady with her daughter before I ordered. Seems like all decorum is thrown out the window when you want your money back. When I asked for my money back, they used every tactic to prevent me from getting a refund. It seems like they are trained to upset the customer to prevent refunds. They proceeded to ignore me in hopes that I would settle without a refund. They accused me of being a scammer and made rude comments after processing the refund. She said “You can buy a house with the money”. Terrible customer service. I gave them another chance after my friend had a poor experience with raw chicken. Same issue with refusing to process a refund. My grievance with the food and customer service is important but I can’t put the blame entirely on the workers. The orders given by management to refuse refunds and providing emails is a critical issue with my complaint. I will gladly never return to this store. Go buy Chic-fil-a, KFC or ANY other store. Fake reviews are also being made under this store with 5 Star reviews. Zero star review.
