Incompetence at its finest. Avoid this circus. I honestly don’t know what’s more embarrassing: a “chef” who forgets that a sandwich requires a bun, or an owner who hires people this clueless. I paid extra for a lettuce bun and specific toppings, only to receive a literal bowl of scraps. It’s not rocket science—it’s a burger. If your staff can’t follow a basic printed receipt, they shouldn’t be in a kitchen. To top off the total lack of common sense, the restaurant is a ghost town when you try to call. They’ll take your money at 1:00 AM, but they won't pick up the phone to fix their own pathetic mistakes. Hiring a staff this "dumb" is a direct reflection of the owner's standards. Don't waste your time or money on this place; they clearly have zero respect for their customers or their own brand. Absolute joke of an establishment.
