My first impression when the place first open was that the customer service leaves so much to be desired but you have variety of food if you're in the area and like to do a pickup. The staff has this 'who cares' attitude and they are awfully slow. unfortunately, this impression has been consistent for over 3 years. Several times I've entered the place and they staff is busy chatting among themselves as if there's no one waiting. A few times, I've placed order so I can do a quick pickup, and each time it's not fully ready and sometimes they aren't even sure of the and taking it again. They have even given me wrong items after reconfirming them. on the phone, they are unable to answer basic questions such as portion sizes, and dont call back when they say they will get back. if you mention these issues to help them improve, they get rude. So, it's disappointing to see this attitude from a place that has potential.
Probably the best halal Pakistani restaurant besides tandoori style in gta
Chana Masala all the way. Tried 3 times and still cant get enuf of it"¦
Food lacks taste, but well priced. Naan is good.
wait/counter staff so aweful that i might not go back, they are rude and keep joking around with each other instead of taking order. Now about food, first off just a take out place i order Lamb biryani and all i got is just rice with no lamb to be found, on top of that rice is cold as just taken out from fridge.
I have been to this place twice. They only serve take-out. The food is pretty good. To be honest, nothing special....but nevertheless pretty good. I had the Haleem and Nehari. Haleem was very well done....Nehari was average.
