Al-Bader Restaurant is truly an Authentic Lebanon and Arabic cuisine. The flavour of Lebanon, the savour of the Mediterranean; this is the secret that lies behind the recipes of Al-Bader Restaurant's rich aromas and superb marinades. We serve an array of kebabs, dips including hummus and salads.

Visited this place a few months ago. Nice decor and atmosphere, but possible language barrier issues with our particular waiter as it wasn\'t clear what was included in some of the dishes e.g. the mixed grill contained a number of skewers of different meats but the waiter could not articulate how many skewers and what they consisted of (but we went ahead and took the risk and ordered anyway). Prices were not high if you consider the cuisine and compare to prices on Coventry Road (which is where I\'ve found a number of places that do similar cuisine, including another branch of this restaurant). However, I wouldn\'t say anything was excellent or particularly stand-out. It was all fine or above average. I\'ve rated it at 4 as there is no 3.5 option.
Good quality & range of arabian food, nice location and friendly & efficient service.
What a Arabian experience Super delicious, very helpful food is fresh and the ambience felt like in the middle of a desert Thank you so much and keep up the hard work. I’m very much look forward to our next visit.
As per the menu, The mix grill served with Rice, fries or Salad and bread. Clearly written this on menu, But they didn’t given us rice. Only served with fries and salad. No bread as well. The serving plate has water and that makes fries soggy. I asked the staff for rice, they told me you have to choose one from fries or rice then why they written it on menu? Even beef shawarma was cold and taste was average.
The atmosphere was okay but the food was mediocre and not fresh. It seems they heat a premade food for quicker service but that is very bad for the quality. Cleanliness was below expectation. Go there if you have no other option
I recently visited Al-Badar on Ladypool Road with my family, and it turned out to be a genuinely enjoyable experience. The moment we walked in, we were welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The interior décor really stood out beautifully designed and truly reflective of authentic Lebanese style, which added a lot to the overall dining experience. The service was impressive as well. All the waiters were dressed in uniform, very polite, and always ready to help. Their professionalism and friendliness made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. As for the food, it was delicious. The mixed grill was a standout perfectly cooked and full of flavour. The wraps were also very good, fresh, and nicely presented. Portion sizes were satisfying without being overwhelming. Overall, it was a very good experience for me and my family, and we left feeling happy and satisfied. I would definitely recommend Al-Badar to anyone looking for tasty Lebanese cuisine with great service and a lovely atmosphere.
I had dinner at Al Bader restaurant and I ordered the lamb kafta as pictured.... the food was really delicious and the ambiance is also very nice, old school and retro seating. Afterwards, we ordered the baklava with pistachio ice cream. The ice cream was very nice, perfectly sweet and full of flavour. But the baklava was a bit oily.
