Very inexpensive and big portions and food is delicious. Not a very fancy place but food is good.
one of the best Pakistani Restaurants I went to, the food is fresh, and taste delicious.
Indian-Pakistani Food - Flavour -Yum- richly spiced without biting Price points under $10 easily for a big meal - Portions - Double the size you need - so share or bring home leftovers - 2 Hungry Vegetarians and 1 Hungary meateater at 2nd visit - Meateater liked the flavour too and was surprised how filling - Maybe because quality or halal? I visited twice and food taste consistently good. Food well cooked like a real home cooked - ie. no stomach aches like most Indian-Pakistani Restaurants cause - very easy on stomach so you know it was prepared very well Very Fresh Naan - Special Requests - Make them as likely OK I got a lower cal Channa 2nd visit with less oil, but just as flavourful Chai - another cup please Kheer PUdding - you taste the pistachio, a little cardamom [good as one guest says I use too much in my recipes] with no more than a whisper of rose water Fast service Price - very low My 2nd visit - went daytime and evening - Food consistently good Décor -Plain & Casual but can decorate for parties - but Clean, Clean, Clean & Very Roomy & Airy - Good Natural light with wide tall uncluttered windows Layout - Lots of space - lots of table sizes Layout - Bathrooms far from cooking and eating - down the hall separated by a long wall on main floor Private Large Clean Bathrooms - have a hand rail for Ease and Accessiblility Friendliness Factor - Welcoming - all staff pleasant College and Spadina Street cars, short Walk to University Subway
