I had a terrible experience at shelby Shawarma place on Thursday night around 2 AM. I ordered two chicken Shawarma bowls, but they were half empty and also the chicken were not properly cut. When I called the restaurant, they hung up on me twice. The third time, they gave me their personal phone number and asked me to send a photo of the bowl. I did, but they never responded. This is one of my favourite Shawarma spots, and I’ve been ordering here for a long time. I don’t understand why they’re doing this.
