Excellent quality pizza and food served with the tasty Caspian sauce, friendly staff and quick service.
First time back in the UK in a few years and on my list of to-do's was the, traditional, post-gig, British, greasy, thick and bready, cheap, awful quality, pizza. For extra spice it was even cooked in one of those giant hotel style toasters! A sight to behold. This did not disappoint and it perfectly met my expectations of greasy UK pizza joint! 10/10 for the staff, no messing, throw that pizza in the toaster and go! Good atmosphere too with the crowd of people in varying states of 'sobriety'.
I recently visited this restaurant. The place itself looked nice and well-decorated, but unfortunately my experience with the service was not good. The staff member in front of me behaved unprofessionally, spoke in an inappropriate way, and was not patient or respectful with customers. I hope the management can improve the service quality because the restaurant has good potential.
Ordered a vegetarian pizza and a pepperoni with some chips. Got back to the hotel we were staying at, only to find both pizzas had pepperoni on them. Meaning one of us was unable to eat a proper meal. There was also no quality control with the "vegetarian" pizza, as this was cut with the same pizza cutter as the meat pizza. I understand the place was busy, but this is no excuse for poor quality control. If you are struggling, hire more staff. Will not be visiting again
Hi I just vist caspian city centre. The food was good some how. I am the regular customer. I just wanna sit on an empty bench there was an electric illegal modified bike I just litterlly move to make some for me sit on bench. However security guard come and start drama that why I move his bike which was in shop and too closed to sitting area. He was so rude . He used some irrulgar words. I told him that I move ur bike for sitting but he continued his rudeness . My request is for caspian manger and owner that please seek some manners Thanks
The staff was friendly and welcoming. The shop was busy with all tables full of customers eating in. Order the meat disaster, it was nice with lots of tomato bass and cheese, but didn't have enough meat compared to other pizza places we've been to. The mixed kebab was delicious.
