This establishment has undergone a full refurbishment. and now offers quality fresh cooked food and sandwiches, they have a purpose built shisha room at the rear and offer free wifi to customers during the day and night, the service is excellent and food tastes brilliant, they now serve illy coffee which i love drinking, they also offer delivery service during the day which comes in handy, there website is very user friendly and allows you to place your order online for collection or delivery, they get busy in the shisha room so good to reserve if theres a few of you.

Good food and freshly made. Defo no alcohol on site. I have spoken to both owners and everything is halal on site.

Lovely experience with Eva doing the Synaesthesia. This was ad collaboration with Lush and felt it was great full body medium firmness massage. The actual massage was 10/10. The room was wide and Eva was professional and explained everything thoroughly. Sometimes with a massage you never know what’s going to happen next and I really enjoyed the knowing process. It’s definitely not your normal spa experience, everything is Lush products you’re probably familiar with. I think with some tweaks it can be a proper luxurious experience like offering body robes, taking your bag and coat upon entry and offering sparking ice water. Overall I would absolutely come again. I do think my treatment was pricey all things considered (I know this is a gifted ad but thinking if I would pay for this again retail cost is £160 at the time of writing). Usually for a price like that, you will be granted daily spa access with amenities like a sauna or changing rooms but Lush spa doesn’t exactly have that. Overall I think this is a great gift for someone who may not Spa often or want to spend the whole day going to a Spa. It’s a great entry point to many people. I also couldn’t recommend Eva enough!

I came in just to look around but Hannah was so nice! She offered to use the massage bars on me, we had such a nice conversation and it was so relaxing. She was so good with my niece and she had such a great time, playing with the bath bomb. I ended up buying coconut drench and soft coeur! She even gave me a tour around the spa which I had no idea they had which I'll definitely be booking soon! Hannah's customer service was 10/10, she's so good with kids🥰

I had my first Lush spa treatment today with Becca. She was absolutely lovely, made me feel at ease, she was a great mix of personable with professional. The spa area is very pretty and calm, there is a well stocked bathroom for before and after your treatment, and after I was given a cup of tea with oat milk and some biscuits. I chose the good hour treatment, and as someone with fibromyalgia, I was both excited and nervous as it is a deep tissue massage. However, they tailored it to me, avoiding my pain points/lessening pressure in those areas, and targeting the areas that I chose. There was also a choice of more calming music vs a more energetic mix, I went with the calmer one, and it was a nice mix of sea shanties and seaside-esque ambient sounds. The room was lovely and dim, and the bed was heated. I could choose one of 6 massage bars, and I chose magik (my favourite). I also loved the use of the cold jelly discs to soothe the targeted areas after working a knot out. Becca checked in periodically, making sure the pressure was okay, and told me what she was going to do, and made me feel very comfortable. Overall I had a wonderful experience, and I can't wait to go back and try other treatments!

Had an amazing holistic experience. Your're greeted and talked through your treatment in their comfy seating area beforehand. All the staff here are knowledgeable and friendly. I had the good hour treatment and was treated by the lovely Amy. My needs for privacy and a female therapist was met with respect. Top it off with a nice cup of black tea with a biscuit or fruit ❤️

Had such a great experience at Lush! Huge thank you to Brinja, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to help us pick the products I needed, explained how to use them, and also introduced me to some new ones I hadn’t tried before. I really appreciated her recommendations and the samples she sent to me to test at home. Amazing customer service — made the whole experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back!
