Mumtaz serves traditional North Indian cuisine, which is prepared using only fresh ingredients and is carefully spiced to the taste of the customer. On offer is a wide array of meat, seafood and vegetable dishes. These range from classics such as rogan josh to the more unusual, such as beef ki bihari kebab.
