Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the Sandman Signature Ottawa Airport Hotel. Pros: - Friendly and helpful front desk staff with excellent customer service. - Complimentary parking was a nice bonus. - Spacious, clean, and well-maintained rooms. - The furniture and overall room condition were very good. - The hotel was kind enough to extend our checkout by one hour, which was greatly appreciated. - Convenient location with many restaurants nearby. Cons: - No complimentary breakfast. - The elevators were quite slow, especially during busy times. - The pillows were too firm, and there were no smaller pillows available for children. - Unlike many larger hotels, the ground floor lobby and common area are relatively small and offer limited space to relax. - The room did not include bar soap or a cleansing loofah/sponge, which would have been a nice addition.
