Good place to go eat shawarma. They started serving fresh oven cooked pita with their plates which adds a nice touch. I find their food fresh and cooked well. Prices are fair/good compared to other shawarma places in Ottawa, I just hope they don\'t increase it.
We always order the poutine and a meat and cheese fatayer. Excellent poutine! It's difficult to get a good halal poutine, this place has it.
Big area -- lots of seating, fast turnaround, great service. Food was OK/average. Asked for the burger 3 times now, all three times they didn't have it. I think the chicken shwarma is the main dish -- there are better around the same area.
Went there and ordered mixed plate. First of all salad looked wilted because it has been sitting in the dressing for god knows how long! Then when we get out plates the portions we so little and we got mostly burned crumbs. It's too bad because it's one of the only halal options in the area. Definitely won't be going back again.
I usually enjoy buying my sandwiches from Station, but this time I was really disappointed. The staff completely let down my trust by wrapping and serving a badly burnt sandwich for takeaway. When I unwrapped it, I was shocked to find it completely black and inedible, not only unpleasant to look at, but also unhealthy since burnt food can be harmful. To their credit, I contacted the restaurant immediately, and the cashier was very polite and apologetic. She offered me a replacement sandwich for free, which I appreciated. Still, I hope more care is taken in food preparation so this doesn’t happen again.
