Staff has given verbal assurance of halal status. From corporate headquarters: 'The chicken at all GYG restaurants is Halal certified - a copy of the certificate can be emailed upon request. We do have Halal certified chicken across all our locations. We do however work with other non-Halal meats and we do not follow halal processes in the kitchen.'
My wife and I visited today after work and on the way home. We don’t do drive thru and so we went to dine in. Upon arriving in store we were greeted with a friendly and happy welcome by Marissa at the counter. We made our order and Marissa didn’t rush me when i had to re-log myself into the app to claim the Guzman points. She was as very attentive and thoughtful all while keeping a smile on her face the whole time. Food came around and everything was exactly as ordered. The interior of the restaurant was clean and tidy and serving staff was very helpful. We’re really happy with the service and Marissa deserves a mention and promotion! And we will be happy to visit again. Thank you Mount Annan GG team and thank you Marissa!!
