The hype around this place was good so we decide to check it out, and we arrived before opening, so we were the second order of the night. We ordered 3 Hut Boxes and 2 5-piece tender boxes with 2 Large dips- Blue Cheese and Chipotle Mayo which totalled $114. Later calculations showed we were overcharged maybe $10.(consider it charity if this is correct) Nice place, stools available and barrels as tables.It was windy and order papers kept flying off the bench(i suggest using magnets to keep them in place). The wait time ended up being over an hour, even though we initially heard it would be 20mins. Despite a long day for us we decided to be patient because we want to check if it's worth coming again. Our order came out missing one tender box, so we had to wait for that and my family by this time were starving and didn't take good fotos for my reviews before eating. Lol That said, the Blue Cheese and Chipotle Mayo sauces were amazing — honestly the best I’ve had in Brisbane, and I would happily buy those again. The tenders were tasty, though a bit smaller than expected compared to the photos and reviews. Fries were good, crunchy, well seasoned. The Hut Box which we got 6 wingz for each 3 boxes. It was delicious although $20 for what I call nibbles not wings(full wing) is not worth it. I don't know if I'm getting old where people call nibbles without wings, wings nowadays. For a family of 6, that is 1 nibble(wing) per person. Overall, we will likely give them 1 more try for the tenders.
