Terrible experience from start to finish. I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes and was ignored the entire time while trying to order. When a male staff member finally served me and he was rude and aggressive with a bad attitude throughout the interaction. He repeatedly questioned my order in a condescending tone and slammed the register shut aggressively. Also when collecting my food, the situation became even worse. My order number was 98 but staff ignored my number and spoke in Chinese with attitude and made disrespectful comments towards me instead of simply calling the number professionally. The owner seriously needs to review the security cameras and staff behaviour. Customers should not be treated this way. Don’t come here if you don’t understand their language.
