Sha'az is all about the royal side of Indian cuisine. We are the REAL bawarchis, following the true original recipes, connecting our food and ourselves to the old traditions and culture, those that define the roots of cooking. Mandis are loved greatly back home, so we thought of fine-tuning them, allowing Canada to relish each one as much as the average Indian foodie.
