GoogleWe had breakfast here and absolutely loved it! Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to start the day. The Matka Chai was the highlight for us — full of flavor and so comforting. Highly recommend this place for a great breakfast experience!

GoogleIt's all good! If I compare it to other chai spots, like the famous Chaiwala, Chaiiology's lotus cheesecake is way, way better! I'd give it a solid 3.8. The lotus cheesecake was cold, and the sponge part was perfectly soaked in milk. I don't get why Chaiwala serves theirs warm with frozen milk! Anyway, the karak chai was just okay. It didn't have that "karakness" or whatever it is that Pakistani chai has, you know? I enjoyed my time there and might hit up other chai places again, but these spots aren't really about the food; it's more about the chai concept, like chatting over a cup of tea and all that! So, not bad, but not amazing either!

GoogleAbsolutely awful! Ordered a smash burger which clearly indicated on the menu that it was 2 smash patties. When it came it was just a thin burger in a bun with the most feeble amount of chips. I asked the waitress whether this order was correct and pointed to the menu to show her it specified 2 patties. She took our food away and came back to inform us that they had changed it and instead of 2 thin smash patties, it was now one bigger one. Laughable because this patty was tiny and did not suffice as a big patty! But why would you not mention this to customers before making them pay for something they did not order? Appalling service. The taste was horrible. Just a frozen cheap burger that tasted like rubber. Nothing was seasoned, it tasted bland and cheap. The chips were clearly frozen too and a small amount was given. We only ate it because we were starving and paid for it already. Honestly, I’d be embarrassed to serve this to anyone let alone paying customers. I took a picture to show exactly what the plate looked like when it arrived and how bad the burger looked - literally nothing like a smash burger. I would never come back here for food - just a waste of money and it’s unacceptable not to give the customer what they ordered from the menu THEY created - it’s sneaky and rude.

GoogleThe place has a very nice setting with a good ambiance — comfortable and welcoming. The staff was okay, not exceptional but attentive enough. I ordered chaii and a waffle. However, the Tandoor Chai was disappointing and not enjoyable at all. Overpriced too. With a few improvements, especially to the chai, this place could be much better.

GoogleVisited Chaiiology in Cardiff for brunch and had such a wonderful time! The food was absolutely amazing — full of flavour, beautifully presented, and so fresh. The service was equally impressive — the gentleman who served us was extremely attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring, which made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed brunch with friends or family. Interior is beautiful. Overall, an outstanding experience from start to finish — can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend!
