As a young bright chef and business man, Sam Osmow took over Polar Submarine as his own business. Sam experimented with his own recipes and came up with truly delicious meals. He soon felt the need to work on changing the whole concept of the restaurant - making it a business he can easily relate to. He reopened up as Osmow's, a truly Mediterranean restaurant at 251 Queen Street South, Unit 1, Mississauga, thereby presenting his new healthy and mouth watering meal selections.

The customer service is consistently good — orders are taken carefully, questions are answered politely, and the team works efficiently even during rush hours without compromising quality. The food is just as impressive: the shawarma is always fresh, well-seasoned, and perfectly cooked, with generous portions and delicious sauces that bring everything together. The restaurant is clean and well maintained, which adds to the comfort of dining there. In my view, the combination of great food and genuinely good customer service makes Osmow’s stand out from other fast-casual spots. It’s a reliable place where you feel valued as a customer and leave fully satisfied every time.
