Always loved Popeyes Chicken because they are Halal in GTA. In this branch, the shift incharge (husky) lady is extremely rude and loud... towards staff and customer. I had to speak in her tone to calm her down. This is not India, you are in Canada... treat people with respect and dignity. You are not doing us a favour, we the customer are giving you favour that we are choosing you. Be nice and appreciative to your customers.

The amazing service from the joyful lady in front with the Hijab made it all worth it, her energy and smile made my visit so much more enjoyable. Many people might not say it, but everyone who walked in felt her energy when ordering. We need more people like her in the service industry! Give her a Raise because I will be coming back to experience the service again and again and again!
