Vanille is an absolute gem and a wonderful addition to Stittsville! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm hospitality and an atmosphere that is both elegant and inviting. The attention to detail in every aspect of the café—from the décor to the presentation of the food and drinks—is exceptional. The Moroccan-inspired menu is outstanding, featuring delicious savoury and sweet crepes, flavourful omelettes, and beautifully crafted dishes that are as pleasing to the eye as they are to the palate. Every plate arrives looking like it was prepared with care and pride. And then there’s the selection! Vanille offers an impressive variety of coffees, teas, specialty coffees, and refreshing drinks. The display of pastries alone is enough to make you stop in your tracks, with an incredible assortment of savoury and sweet croissants, pastries, cheesecakes, and so many tempting treats. And did someone say pistachio? If you’re a pistachio lover, you’re in for a treat! My mouth is watering just thinking about it.
