Clean spacious location with great Uyghur cuisine. Very savoury and tasty- would come back with family to experience the yurt dining experience. Came on a cool rainy day which was just right. Would recommend getting those buns stuffed with juicy lamb, fat, and spices/onions. It’s super yummy and juicy. The thick rice noodles with beef at regular spice level was exciting and I loved the chew and mouth feel of the noodles. The dumplings were fresh and skin was delicate - would help greatly to have spoons so you don’t lose the meat soup in the dumplings when handling with chopsticks. Note the dishes are super flavourful so you’ll need to hydrate with a few cups of lemon water!
