Xin Jiang Restaurant

Tried the cuisine for the first time and loved it. Reasonably priced and if you are going for the first time the waiters are very helpful. We ordered fish, chicken, beef and lamb dishes and we cherished everything. The lamb skewers were to die for. Spicy chicken with flat noodles were also excellent. Service was impeccable. We gambled on fish fillet soup and couldn't have asked for anything more delicious. On the whole a very gratifying experience. Two thumbs way up.

A friend introduced us to this place when he took us there for a business lunch. I was prepared to eat fish, but was pleasantly surprised to see the menu was halal. Seeing how it's not in Zabihah's database, I'm adding it here. The food is quite good, but I've yet to try enough items to be able to recommend something particular.

Went there for the first time and I must say that for the first time I enjoyed good Chinese halal food in Canada. Reminded me of my time in Asia Before I moved here. Highly recommended Halal Chinese food. Unless you always thought Hakka is Chinese food. lol When you order, pls note the portion sizes are big. Service is efficient. Staff is great, except that their recommended portions meant we had enough food to feed a crowd. But not an issue. They had take out boxes.
