I have always been a fan of Chaiwala’s milk cakes and karak chai. I visited this branch for the first time a couple of days ago with my friends. We ordered milk cakes, chicken rolls, and karak chai, and the food was very good with no complaints at all. The place was also pleasant, clean, and had comfortable seating. However, I felt the customer service could be improved slightly. There was no greeting or smile, and communication from the staff was quite minimal. As the café was not busy at the time, this stood out a little. Overall, it was a good experience, and I hope the service can match the quality of the food in future visits.
