Taste of Lahore

Couldnt agree more with all positive reviews. Very Value for money place, I feel they can improve on quantity by increasing a pound here and 2 there will make customers more happy and filling.

You really get a taste of life in Lahore when you walk into this place - the unorganised chaos and character in equal measure! The focus is on food, and the quality is excellent. Salaans and meats are well cooked, with an authentic touch and spicy kick. One of the star foods is the kebab roll - consistently delicious which says a lot about how this restaurant delivers on taste if not on service all the time. Taste of Lahore puts the Pakistani food experience firmly on the map, definite recommendation.

Halal - Friendly staff, can get very busy at times. Next to a few other Halal places which i will add to this website. Very tasty and authentic menu. Quick bites try the kebab rolls, Spit roast chicken. All food is freshly made to order. Tandoor oven next to main window so you can see whats being cooked.

Halal - HMC certified, muslim workers, food is beautiful and very cheap. (Half chicken chips and drink for something like £3.75) The kebab rolls are good too. You can eat in or takeaway. Down the road from Harrow Mosque. Nice place to come to with friends.

Nice food and nice waiters, but not hygienic at all. Also, it has no halal sign, just a word of mouth. There is a small mosque just behind it.
