Extremely disappointed after my third visit here. I was served a raw chicken sandwich — completely undercooked and unsafe to eat. This is a serious food safety issue that should never happen. The fries were also well below the usual standard, soggy and lacking quality. The environment felt subpar, and the customer service was atrocious. When I raised the problem, there was no real accountability — they denied the obvious facts instead of addressing it properly. Basic steps like using a thermometer and checking doneness take just seconds and are the bare minimum for food safety. I won't be returning, and I hope management takes this seriously to prevent anyone else from getting sick.
