Excellent service and delicious food
When I first pulled into the gym parking lot, I realized I hadn’t been to this location since COVID. Back then, it was a bit rundown. But today, it’s absolutely amazing! The astroturf area is huge, the gym space is enormous, and everything is super clean. They’ve got the perfect mix of equipment, and Fit For Life is the only gym I know that doesn’t overload on cardio. They even have an individual weightlifting area and a perfect layout for legs, chest, back, and shoulders. The vibe is just amazing—what a transformation!
