No smile , No kind , No customer service There was no friendliness or warmth in the customer service — the interaction felt very dry, just straight to “what do you need?” without any sense of hospitality. I asked for extra tomatoes, and only after the third request, they added a tiny slice — maybe 10 grams — while the sandwich was overloaded with lettuce. I chose chicken, but it wasn’t seasoned at all. When eating the sandwich, the dominant taste was just sauce and lettuce — it honestly felt like I was eating a lettuce sandwich. The way the chicken was placed inside wasn’t balanced either: too much in the middle, and mostly vegetables at the beginning and end. I also asked twice for my wrap to stay longer on the grill and even used the term “extra crispy,” but that request was ignored. The chicken wasn’t badly cooked, but it definitely lacked flavor.
