Although not Muslim-owned, Bibi's Middle Eastern Kitchen is an Ottawa favourite that offers only halal chicken (as well as many veggie options) - although the beef is non-halal as of 2020, though the owners are looking to source halal beef in the near future. Wraps, salads and mixed bowls are their staple, and the dining area is best classified as cosy for both its warmth but also its size....although there is overflow seating on picnic tables outside.
Staff has given verbal assurance of halal status. From the management: 'The owners are not Muslim but use exclusively halal chicken, however the beef is not currently halal although they are hoping to change that.'

Fries with zataar are fantastic (better than average fries even without the seasoning), Fattoush was average, staff was friendly.
Bibi's is our go-to spot for ordering our work team lunch! They always have incredible deals available on UberEats, and their larger catering packages are affordable, and delicious. Our team always goes home with leftovers, because their portions are very generous. Our team orders from here at least once a week (we recommend the Baharat Chicken Bowl, or the Halloumi fries), and it never misses! Would 10/10 recommend, and we will continue to order.
