If you book and pay through the app and nominate a time, why isn't it ready at that time? I also had three people ignore/walk past me at the counter. One person who asked for my number disappeared. The other couldn't find my order for a time. This wasn't even rush hour. Foods pretty good though. Though doesn't compare to when you first opened.
