The menu celebrates Middle Eastern culinary traditions with rich spreads like labneh and muhammara, freshly baked bread, and skewers of chicken, beef koobideh, quail, and marinated salmon grilled over an open fire. Appetizers such as tabbouleh with bluefin tuna and fire-roasted cauliflower add vibrant flavors.
