I used to work downtown, and Donair Dude was one of my regular lunch spots. This time I visited the Burnaby location for takeout, and I really liked the pickup packaging—it was neat and convenient. The only issue was that I checked the box requesting a fork, but there wasn’t one included. I had planned to pick up my food and eat it at a nearby park, but since I had no utensils, I ended up taking it home instead. That was a bit frustrating. That said, the food was still very tasty, and the portion size was generous. Despite the small inconvenience, I enjoyed the meal and would come back again.
Tried the beef plate today at donair dude, really amazing Mediterranean flavours and rich in taste. Recommend everyone this and the lamb donair:)
It's hard to go wrong with a Donair establishment! This one is no exception. Worth checking out for delicious food. I had the lamb donair platter and I'd come back for another. Staff was really friendly and informative. Check it out if you are in the area.
I had a great visit here yesterday morning .. I was getting the chicken donair wrap prepared for my sister… and I remember both the girls preparing my order were so friendly and welcoming … on top of it my sister loved the donair wrap … I also tried one & it was so delicious… thanks for excellent food & service…
Gotta say I wasn’t expecting this. Stopped by before work for a bite to eat and ordered a beef donair. It has been many years since I had a donair. I was so happy with how it turned out. Very tasty for sure. I had thought it might be too dry. But it wasn’t. Everyone was very nice and there’s plenty of seating.
I visited today and was impressed by how polite, fast, and kind the staff were. The prices for the food were reasonable, and there were plenty of meal options to choose from. I had a beef and lamb wrap, which was delicious. There was a wide variety of toppings and dressings to fill my wrap. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will go back to grab a bite again undoubtedly.
