I had an extremely frustrating experience with All Asia restaurant. I placed an order worth £60 and never received my food. They don’t use Uber drivers and instead rely on their own delivery service, so there’s no way to track your order. When I first called, the manager told me the food was on the way and would arrive within 10 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes with no delivery, I called again. This time, he said he needed to check with the kitchen and told me he would call me back—which never happened. When I reminded him that he had already said the food was on the way, his response was, “well I assumed your order is on the way,” which was incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful. By then, the order was already 20 minutes late. I had to call 4–5 times before someone finally answered and admitted that my order ticket hadn’t even been printed. At that point, it was already 40 minutes past the scheduled delivery time. To make matters worse, there is no listing for this restaurant on Google Maps, so I’ve had to leave this review under the address shown on their Uber page. This level of service is completely unacceptable—poor communication, lack of organization, and clear negligence toward customers. First and last time order from this restaurant.

Amazing service and advice when I came for the first time. Food was really tasty I got the egg noodles with chicken breast and Teriyaki saurce. Bought about 4 noodles and it was all delicious and would definitely return for more

Placed an order at 19.15 and said online it would be delivered by 19.56. I waited and waited finally called them an hour after they should have delivered to be told order hasn't been made for me and will do it ASAP and have it delivered. I should have just cancelled at this point but was told will give you a free side and have it delivered in 15mins. Over 30mins later driver rang the door bell dropped of the food and ran off. 5 mins later have a knock on the door and a gentleman apologise that an item had been left out the delivery so I took and he left. Quickly ate my food so could go to bed; almost 10pm. Then have another ring at the door (baby sleeping) at 10.20pm 1st driver come back as he forgot to collect the money. Service in this place is shocking, dont think any of them know what they are doing!!!

Foods amazing lovely friendly staff , gave us some free spring rolls … best Ive ever eaten .. They deliver as well travelled 10 miles for this … will be back again abd again … Had lovely conversation with owner!! Highly recommended

Better than most chinese places I've had noodles or salt and pepper wings from. It's always usually salty but the noodles were good, beef was tender and the chicken wings had a cinnamon smell. It was lush. Even the sushi was really good. Definitely ordering again!
