Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered the stir-fried broccoli because the menu description specifically states: “Broccoli stir-fried with garlic, often accompanied by a savory sauce.” There was no mention whatsoever of any other vegetables being included. When I got home and opened the container, it was a combination of broccoli and carrots. I immediately called the restaurant because I genuinely thought it was a mistake. Instead of apologizing or acknowledging the misleading menu description, I was told that I should have specifically asked for no carrots when placing my order. I explained that if the menu had mentioned carrots or mixed vegetables, I absolutely would have requested that they be left out. I then asked to speak with the manager, who was equally rude and dismissive. She stated that they “always” put carrots in the dish, despite the fact that the menu description says otherwise. I don’t like carrots, so nearly half the dish went to waste. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of accountability or concern for customer satisfaction. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who values honest menu descriptions and good customer service.
