Assalamualaikum. We recently went for lunch after Friday prayer in beautiful Miami Garden masjid. Good location. Clean. Owner was very nice person, Syrian origin.. it's a food Market and restaurant. NO alcohol served. Nice place to sit with family but TV is on with modern loud Arabic music albums. We ordered lamb/beef kabab and shawarma with hummus and bakhlava . Owner brought extra hummus out of courtesy which was appreciative. Food seemed less spicy but you may add more spice if need I guess. Chicken I doubt handcut because the boxes in freezer have stamped "mechanized" and no where says hand slaughtered. When you visit you can check. They have lots of pics of quranic wall hangings but also have "so called"pics of Jesus. May be to attract local Christians towards understanding Islam. May Allah give hidaya to all of us. Aameen.
