Pita Pockets is an exceptional fast food Middle-Eastern restaurant. What makes our concept of "fast food" different is the "healthy homemade" added to it, every item on our menu is prepared fresh daily and our vegetables are delivered from local farmers. Our main focus is providing a healthy variety of foods to accommodate different diets and tastes. By tradition, Middle-Eastern cuisine is big on vegetarian/vegan dishes, at Pita Pockets we are making it available fresh and fast. Freshly roasted on a spit shawarma pitas are the main focus.

Food quality was awful .
I had the chicken shawarma in pita. Food quality and taste is good but prices are comparatively high. You are allowed choose from a variety of salads and sauces \'Subway\' style , but some items incur an extra cost e.g. olives are 50c more. I think that $8.50 for a sandwich only is steep.
Excellent food ...all fresh . You select salads and sauces for your wraps (subway style ) .
This place is fantastic. the food is fresh and they make it in front of you kind of like subway in which you pick the veggies and condiments. very nice staff I just hope they stay in business.
The food is delicious but prices are a little high. I like pockets better than wraps. Falafels are crisp and tasty. RECOMMENDED!
Not worth for 20 minutes wait. The wraps are over priced for the amount of meat they have. The kefta and chicken kebabs tasted mediocre at best. It was a disappointing experience.
This restaurant is located east of I-95, by two blocks on the north side of Hollywood Blvd. Parking on the street is limited and parallel- but not metered. Additional easier parking is behind the building. The signage is huge and easily noticed. We really enjoyed meeting the chef who is from Palestine. He gave us samples of fresh, hot steamy falafels- which totally seduced us to buy our own order. Crispy on the outside and moist and hearty- totally homemade tasting- also quite large. We ordered the box special which comes with choices of couscous, rice or fries, beef/lamb or chicken sharwarma, and salad and a sauce choice. We had lentil rice, mixed beef and chicken and hummus and salad. The lentil rice is really yum- its hearty and flavorful and the portion was big too, the hummus and salad were good- the sharwarma was sliced off the spit and then reheated on a grill. I tasted the meat right after it was sliced off the spit and it was tender and juicy and really delicious. Don't let them reheat it on the grill after they slice it- just ask them to place it in in your box. By the time you get it home to eat it the reaheat on the grill dries it out. I love meat from a spit and service with a smile and this place is good for both. AlhamdulIllah!
