The food was amazing. Top quality and incredibly delicious, no complaints from our party of 4 friends. I ordered a Sirloin steak with peri chips and creamy mash. Steak was cooked to perfection and all the other dishes ordered by my friends were up to very high standards and met our expectations of the price they charged. However on the negatives of our time with them today, we booked a table prior to coming via their WhatsApp booking system and pre-ordered our items before arrival (as it’s Ramadan so they need to know prior so we can break our fast). Upon arrival they declined the fact we booked a table and pre-ordered untill we pulled out proof of the WhatsApp chat we had with them. They apologised but they still gave away our table to someone else even though we booked the table. We broke our fast at 6:20. When we asked one of the kind servers where our food was and that they had made a mistake he told us “regardless of if you have pre booked, it’s first-come first serve” which completely voids the purpose of a pre-booking a table along with pre-ordering our food. Overall the food was top class and no complaints about that, we all enjoyed our meals and were grateful to be served such nice food. However we were very displeased with the booking service and the long waiting for our food even though we pre-ordered. They have a really nice reputable business and they need to invest in a proper booking system or scrap the whole idea of booking and make it first come first serve as it will save the disappointment of those who book and later get told they didn’t reserve our table despite being on time.
