All franchise locations are mandated to use zabihah halal meat.
Inchin's is a combination of the words Indian and Chinese. This truly describes our cuisine. Since Calcutta played a very important part in the development of Chinese cuisine in India, it is here that our food is inspired from. In today's Global Cuisine trend ours is a fusion of many far eastern cuisines. Some of the dishes are inspired by Malaysian cooking which in turn is influenced by Indian and Chinese cooking styles. It was a natural follow through that we also introduced Thai cuisine as part of our menu in order to keep to the Pan Asian concept.

Really great pan-Asian food, probably the best in the Chicago area in my opinion. Try the chicken fried wontons and mongolian chicken. They char the veggies in the veg fried rice which adds a nice smokey taste. I read the reviews about the halal status and have spoken to the chef and seen the packaging which stated \"halal\" in arabic.
Great food and ambience. A little on the expensive side but so are other places. Ordered beef hot garlic and chicken manchurian, both tasty and not dipped in the same sauce like other places.
This place recently opened up in a strip mall next to CVS. I stopped by as inquired about the halal status. The person behind the counter presented to me a halal certificate. When I inquired further, he said they purchase their meat from restaurant depot. The certificate was something he had behind the counter and presented to me when asked, but it was not on display anywhere, nor does it indicate anywhere on their menu in print that they serve zabihah halal. This place just opened up, so let's see if anything changes.
