not good experience at all. tikka boti was average. I had mixed grill and it wasn't good at all. Chicken smelled like it was re heated. customer service was very good.

The first food I try at any restaurant is Nihari. By far, the best Nihari in town is in Serena esp. if taken on weekends. Sometimes though the salt is little bit high on weekdays That\'s why I am giving a 4. On weekend buffet, I also tried paya (after 10+ years for a change although I generally don\'t eat it for health reasons) and it was good too.

Very bad experience on July 13th, 2014 when food was delivered by Serena for 375 people for Iftar at Rockford , IL mosque.Two meat dishes, Aloo Gosht and Chicken Karahi were anything but meat dishes.The people who hosted the Iftar had to face lots of embarrassment.

Thier Nihari, Biryani, are very good. The Chinese is not bad. The service was quick, and the restaurant was clean.

Very bad experience. The owner was a chef at usmania, so we thought their chinese must be good, but unfortunately it was the worst chinese experience. Fried rice was not cooked properly, noodles were basically spaghetti mixed with soy sauce and veggies, mangolian chicken was totally insipid. Anyone can make much better chinese at home by following recepies. Wondering how their indian pakistani dishes are like, but would never go back for chinese!

We were a bit of reluctant to go here because the exterior is a bit unexciting. However, having tried usmania and sabri so many times, we decided to try some thing new and walked in. I must say that the overall experience was a pleasant one. The service was quick and considerate. We tried kunna gosht, biryani, tandoori and palak chicken. Everything was good! Would love to try their Chinese asap cos there are not many halal Chinese restaurants in Chicago. Moreover, i think that if they keep the current standard and try to improve it, they can definitely give a tough time to the restaurants in the surrounding are. Welcome Serena!
