I can safely say that it has to be the worst food I\'ve ever tasted at their cafe. Everything is overly priced and tasted bad. I have actually been there twice to eat ( only because I believe in second chances) and the second visit was worse than the first. If you order and of the fried food, they have it already fried and sitting in display, they don\'t warm it up for you, they actually re-fry it for you.... And when they do that, the item is soaking with oil and you can taste it in your mouth as if you took a spoonful in your mouth. The pain puri water is... (I have no words for it. It was sweet and minty and just plainly weird) it was simply not pano puri water. My family and I figured that they have just diluted the green chutney and served it with the gol guppas. We tried four different chaats and they pretty much all tasted the same. I can keep going about the food being bad but I guess you get the picture. The staff has no idea what customer service is at all. The prices are higher than most places.
I think most of the stuff is pretty good. But they need to learn how to smile and be courteous to the customer. Usually when dealing with the folks behind the counters (specifically at the restaurant) sometimes you end up feeling as if they are your customer and you are serving them. Almost everything you order is delivered 15 to 20 mins late (without a Sorry, which is the least you could do). Extremely stingy, won\'t even give you a thing extra. Just compare the prices with other close by restaurants, this one is far more expensive with \"ZERO\" customer service. They seriously need to learn some good customer service skills or make sure that the key people in the store and the restaurant go to some training. Otherwise they will surely lose the business.
