I am extremely disappointed with the service and quality at Madina Halal Meats. This is now my second bad experience, and it’s honestly unacceptable. I specifically requested the chicken to be cut into proper curry pieces, but what I received was poorly cut, uneven, and clearly done without care or skill. The pieces are inconsistent, bones are awkwardly chopped, and the cuts are so bad that it affects cooking completely. It looks unprofessional and unhygienic. On top of that, the staff behaviour is very disappointing. They come across as rude and uninterested in customer needs. Last week at the Hooper Crossing branch, my order wasn’t even packed properly, and when I went back, I was made to wait another hour. There was no accountability or basic customer service. People travel from far to buy halal meat expecting quality, care, and trust. Unfortunately, this place is failing on all fronts—quality, professionalism, and respect for customers. Running a business is not just about making money; it’s about responsibility, ethics, and service. Very disappointing experience, and I seriously hope they improve.
