Extremely disappointing service. The staff member was on her phone for most of the interaction and barely acknowledged customers. When it came time to pay, she didn’t speak or assist properly, just pointed and pushed items across the counter in a rude and dismissive way. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Basic professionalism, communication, and respect should be standard. Management needs to address this urgently and ensure staff are properly trained.
