I placed an order through Uber Eats and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food, as the chicken was raw. I immediately contacted the restaurant to report the issue. A staff member, posing as a manager, advised me that I could either request a refund or have the order remade. I agreed to a replacement and informed them that they could collect the original order if needed. Unfortunately, over an hour passed and the replacement never arrived. When I called the restaurant again, the staff member reluctantly passed the phone to the actual manager, who showed no empathy or concern. Instead, I was simply told to leave a review with Uber Eats to request a refund. This experience was extremely frustrating. After a long day, this was meant to be my first meal, as I had been busy caring for my unwell 6 month old baby. Due to the poor service and lack of accountability, I would not recommend this establishment and will not be ordering from here again.

I’m currently suffering with gastroenteritis (food poisoning) after eating a chicken panini from this restaurant. To make matters worse, they are not even listed on the Food Standards Agency website, which raises serious concerns about their hygiene standards. Very disappointing and I would strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs. Unless a restaurant can display a good hygiene score, i would avoid it like this place.

Ordered a mega mix burger as you can in the photo it definitely is a mega trash school boys on the front counter asked for garlic mayo and sweet chilli instead I got a tub of water with red colour in it, watered down sauce, tasteless chicken with pathetic presentation first and last time I will be visiting this somewhat bruk up chicken shop hopefully they’ll be closed down before that.. big shambles if you’re gonna charge customer premium money provide premium service and food.
